Sales Consultant – Surgery, Romandie region, Switzerland.

LocationRomandie region, Switzerland.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and capitalize on business opportunities while developing strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Provide comprehensive support to hospitals, including product consultation and application in surgery.
- Introduce new product innovations and strengthen adoption of existing product lines.
- Plan and facilitate workshops and training sessions for healthcare professionals.
- Develop and maintain long‑term relationships with surgeons, OR staff, purchasing managers, and key decision‑makers.
- Grow market share in the portfolio across the Romandie region.
- Ensure high‑quality clinical and technical support for surgeons during product use.
- Increase customer satisfaction through strong partnership, training, and service excellence.
- University degree (Uni/FH).
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience, ideally within medical devices or a clinical environment.
- Experience specifically in orthopaedics and/or surgery.
- Fluent in French and English.
- Strong customer orientation with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- A self‑driven, solution‑oriented professional with an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Proficiency in MS Office and willingness to travel within the region.
- Familiarity with hospital procurement processes and clinical workflows.
- A passion for improving patient outcomes and supporting clinical excellence.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust with healthcare professionals.
- Adaptability and resilience in a fast‑paced, field‑based environment.
- Confidence in both technical product knowledge and consultative sales approaches.
