Sales Consultant Surgery – Romandie region, Switzerland

Your contributions will help effectively treat some of the world’s most prevalent conditions such as obesity, cardiovascular disease and cancer. Patients are waiting.
- Identify and capitalize on business opportunities while developing strategies to achieve sales targets
- Provide comprehensive support to hospitals, including product consultation and application in surgery
- Introduce new product innovations and strengthen adoption of existing product lines
- Plan and facilitate workshops and training sessions for healthcare professionals
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with surgeons, OR staff, purchasing managers, and key decision-makers
- Grow market share in the portfolio across the Romandie region
- Ensure high‑quality clinical and technical support for surgeons during product use
- Increase customer satisfaction through strong partnership, training, and service excellence
- University degree (Uni/FH)
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience, ideally within medical devices or a clinical environment
- Experience specifically in orthopaedics and/or surgery
- Fluent French and English language
- Strong customer orientation with excellent communication and negotiation skills
- A self‑driven, solution‑oriented professional with an entrepreneurial mindset
- Proficiency in MS Office and willingness to travel within the region
- Familiarity with hospital procurement processes and clinical workflows
- A passion for improving patient outcomes and supporting clinical excellence
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust with healthcare professionals
- Adaptability and resilience in a fast‑paced, field‑based environment
- Confidence in both technical product knowledge and consultative sales approaches
