88K is a dynamic and growing Swiss Aircraft Brokerage based in Zug, specializing in the acquisition and sales of business aircraft, including turboprops, jets, and helicopters. As part of our expansion, we are seeking a full-time Aircraft Market Researcher / Sales Engineer to join our team in Zug.
Key Responsibilities- Regularly gather and analyze market data to produce actionable intelligence and reports on the business aircraft market.
- Appraise aircraft and generate comprehensive market assessments.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies, including the creation of promotional materials.
- Handle inquiries, qualify leads, and manage follow-ups.
- Maintain and update key databases (CRM, website, marketing platforms, internal knowledge base).
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, industry stakeholders, and partners.
- Support the administrative flow of aircraft sales transactions.
- Represent the company at industry trade shows and events.
- Ensure consistent achievement of sales objectives and performance metrics.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in IT tools (CRM systems, Microsoft Office, Web design, basic programming knowledge).
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen ability to quickly learn new concepts.
- Strong negotiation, prospecting, and reporting skills.
- Organizational, presentation, and administrative abilities.
- A passion for aviation
- Experience in flying is a plus.
- 1-2 years of professional experience (e.g. sales, market research, aviation)
- An energetic, friendly, and outgoing personality with a high degree of professionalism.
- Ability to multi-task, analyze data, solve problems, and draw conclusions efficiently.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently while striving for success in selling.
- Willingness to expand knowledge of aircraft systems and industry trends.
- Willing to be on call after hours and travel for business purposes.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and act with integrity.
