The opportunityAs Assistant reporting to the Chief of Staff you will provide administrative and organizational support ensuring seamless coordination of activities while handling sensitive information with utmost discretion. This is more than a traditional administrative role you will be a trusted partner in a dynamic global setting working with fantastic people in a position that offers unique proximity to leadership and strategic decision‑making.
To succeed in this position you bring a high level of energy exceptional attention to detail professionalism and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Organize and coordinate meetings workshops and events with internal and external stakeholders
- Handle administrative tasks and event‑related expenses arrange logistics transportation and travel across time zones
- Prepare edit and proofread documents presentations and reports with precision and professionalism
- Capture meeting notes track follow‑ups and ensure action items stay on course
- Conduct research and draft correspondence to support the Chief of Staff team
- Maintain confidentiality while gathering and organizing information for conferences speeches and reports
- 35 years of experience in administrative and project support roles ideally in a multinational environment
- Experience in managing confidential information and working with senior stakeholders
- High proficiency in Microsoft 365 including Copilot and digital collaboration tools
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in German or additional languages is a plus
- Experience in the energy sector or affinity for engineering / technology is a plus
- Strong communication organizational and multitasking skills with a sharp eye for detail
- Collaborative team player with high energy and a hands‑on attitude
- Discretion flexibility and a proactive service‑oriented mindset
The team of the Chief of Staff to the CEO ensures smooth and efficient executive operations while supporting the execution and oversight of strategic initiatives. It acts as a key liaison between the CEO and internal as well as external stakeholders fostering clear communication and a seamless flow of information.
