Responsibilities
- Chasing of outstanding premium with brokers and leaders as per internal guidelines;
- Ensure current status of chasing is properly documented;
- Ensure timely involvement/escalation of/to Underwriters;
- Issuance of notice of cancellations;
- Act as an interface to the Madrid credit control team.
- Enter risk and policy data into the Operations systems within defined service level;
- Ensure booking instructions are complete and properly filed;
- Ensure Taxes are correctly declared / booked and processed internally.
- Support Swiss office in various admin tasks
- 1-5 years of technical accounting, credit control or similar experience;
- Insurance background preferred;
- Affinity for numbers;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German;
- Able to grow and improve in a dynamic and a constant change environment
