We are looking for a motivated Executive Assistant (80-100%) to provide professional, reliable support to multiple executives.

Keyresponsibilities
- Provide administrative and organisational support to several senior executives
- Manage calendars and schedules
- Prepare and coordinate meetings, offsites and events
- Organise international travel, accommodation, and itineraries
- Support in preparing presentations, agendas, briefing notes, and meeting materials
- Act as a trusted point of contact for internal teams and external stakeholders
- Handle correspondence and expense management, and confidential information with discretion
- Maintain organised digital documents and filings
- Support day-to-day operations and contribute to efficient administrative processes

- High level of trustworthiness, discretion, reliability, and attention to detail
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage priorities independently
- Experienced and comfortable in software applications with solid proficiency in MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint); other software and data skills are a plus
- Excellent communication skills in English; good German proficiency required.
- Several years of experience in a coordination, client‑facing, or operational support role
- While prior experience as executive or personal assistant in a professional services setting is helpful, backgrounds in hospitality, event management, agencies, consulting support, or similar environments are welcome
- Formal education in business administration, hospitality, communications, or related fields is beneficial
