- Support the four‑person Marketing & Communications team responsible for all marketing and communication activities of LGT Bank Switzerland
- Assist in the nomination and invitation process for events (creating CRM campaigns, ensuring data quality, preparing electronic invitation materials such as event websites)
- Execute external mailings and newsletter distributions
- Support internal communication
- Support in the creation and updating of presentations and factsheets
- Perform administrative tasks such as accounting, ordering, or responding to donation and sponsorship requests
- Completed commercial or equivalent education
- Strong interest in the field of marketing/communication; work experience is an advantage
- An engaged, motivated, responsible, and creative individual with a quick comprehension skills
- Very careful and precise working methods, good communication skills and a well‑groomed appearance
- Flair for text, layout and photography
- Good knowledge of the MS Office suite (especially Word, PowerPoint, and Excel), as well as excellent German and very good English skills; other languages are an advantage
