Universitätsklinik Balgrist sucht eine engagierte Empfangsmitarbeiterin/Empfangsmitarbeiter für den herzlichen Empfang von Patienten, Besuchern und Mitarbeitenden. Sie erteilen Auskünfte, bearbeiten Telefon- und E-Mail-Anfragen und übernehmen administrative Aufgaben.
Anforderungen:
Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, mehrere Jahre Berufserfahrung, sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und Verständnis von Schweizerdeutsch;
Englisch/Italienisch von Vorteil. Arbeitszeiten im Schichtbetrieb, inkl.
