Stadt Zürich – Sportamt sucht ab sofort eine/n Sachbearbeiter/in Schwimmsport für 80% Anstellung in Zürich (8050). Die Stelle ist befristet bis 31.01.2027 und unterstützt die Co-Fachbereichsleitung Schwimmsport bei Organisation, Rekrutierung und Personalverwaltung.
Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören Administrative Unterstützung, Pflege von Plattformen wie swimadmin, Organisation von Weiterbildungen, Kursverwaltung und Protokollierung, sowie Zusammenarbeit mit Lehrpersonen, Vikarinnen und Kursleitenden.
