Associate​/Senior Associate - Client Solutions

The Client Solutions & Services team delivers innovative private debt strategies to institutional investors and distribution partners worldwide. Based in Zurich, this role offers an exciting opportunity for a Client Solutions Professional to support the growth of Step Stone’s private debt platform. As part of our dynamic Evergreen team, you will manage client interactions, position our private debt capabilities, and drive the distribution of our private debt evergreen funds.

Working closely with global teams, you will develop marketing materials, respond to client requests and RFPs, and enhance the overall client experience. The ideal candidate combines strong private debt experience with excellent communication and coordination skills.

• Serve as a reliable point of contact for clients and prospects, ensuring timely and accurate responses to a wide range of requests.
• Share market insights and product updates with clients and internal stakeholders as a subject matter expert on the evergreen structure. Work closely with Business Development and the Investment Team to position and promote Step Stone’s private debt capabilities.
• Manage RFPs and DDQs for the evergreen structure in close coordination with global teams and divisions.
• Develop and refine marketing materials to effectively communicate product features and benefits.
• Strengthen information channels and distribution support to enhance engagement with business development teams and external clients.
• Introduce service innovations and proactive support to continuously improve the client experience.
• Drive process improvements and efficiency initiatives to ensure seamless, high-quality service delivery.

• 4–6 years of relevant experience in client solutions, investment services, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of private debt markets and / or evergreen structures.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across global teams.
• Ability to manage complex client requests and deliver solutions under tight timelines.
• Experience in marketing, distribution support, and process optimization is a plus.
