• Completed bachelor’s or master’s degree no longer than 18 months prior to the program start date, preferably in a MINT topic.

• Strategic thinker with strong communication skills.
• Motivated to work in a business with high demands and tight deadlines.
• Good understanding of software development (e.g. Python or Scala) and project methodology, ideally in an agile environment.
• Affinity with finance related topics.
