Sales Manager

• Support business and project development from early stage to contract close
• Develop and implement market strategies in assigned regions
• Identify and pursue market opportunities aligned with company goals
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients partners and authorities
• Manage risks and opportunities in a competitive market environment
• Lead proposal teams through tendering and contracting phases to achieve competitive proposals
• Conduct and report on market analysis and stakeholder engagement
• Negotiate contracts with clients and partners up to contract signing

• Strong customer focus with excellent communication and presentation skills
• Self-driven and highly motivated with the ambition to push opportunities forward and the discipline to follow through.
• Proven experience in sales and/or project execution in international plant construction
• Deep knowledge of commercial contractual and market dynamics in energy or power sectors
• Skilled in contract negotiation and cross-functional team leadership
• Strategic analytical mindset with strong project management capabilities
• Fluency in German and English is required; this position will be primarily responsible for the German-speaking market (DACH) and experience in this market is an advantage.
• Flexible for travel (ca. 30%)
