You will implement the operational capabilities of the business and support the operational elements for the market. You will coordinate route planning, system capabilities and tools management for the sales team.
Key Responsibilities:Responsible for the sales planning database:
- Maintain and develop the sales planning database (Centr
IS) - Consolidate actual sales, daily sales, and forecasts
- Create base prices in SAP for new items – supports in the delisting process
- Training new joiners on the sales planning tools
- Create standard reports and ad‑hoc reports analysis (sell‑in / sell‑out)
- Provide clear business drivers and unlock actionable insights
- Support Category Planning managers in Promo in‑depth analysis and unlocking actionable insights
- Support the customer sales planning by guiding Key Account Managers to improve their forecast
- Understand customer dynamics and identify opportunities and risks to the plan
- Coordinate the sales forecast process and support the Sales Team and Demand Planning Team in planning highly accurate forecasts
- Guide demand review meetings by identifying clear drivers to achieve realistic and ambitious forecasts in line with our growth ambitions
- Involvement in the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process for Customer and PPG in Switzerland
- Support Category Planning on PPG Level to drive & support AC Volume & t achievement by providing transparency and clear analysis on assumptions & deviations; via key KPIs, e.g., features, elasticities, secondary placements targets, etc
- Identifying short and mid‑term growth potentials for PPG and developing of measures for success within the project team, e.g. developing mitigation initiatives together with stakeholders to ensure target achievement
- Support the global project team in implementing new planning tool for CH
- Bachelor/Master's degree or similar in a relevant domain (economics, data management, ...)
- Professional experience 3+ years: preferably in data analytics/ sales front or back office
- Expert level in MS Excel
- Power BI, Sales planning tools
- Fluent in English. German is a plus
- Excellent analytical thinking, problem‑solving and troubleshooting skills
- Commercial/Sales thinking
- Proactive & continuous improvement mindset
- Team spirit & good communication skills
- Ability to handle and resolve multiple queries, respond quickly and maintain composure
