Our 18-month Graduate Programme is designed to unleash your potential through three dynamic rotations, including an international assignment. You’ll gain hands-on experience, build a global network, and lay the foundation for a thriving career in wealth management.
Your first rotation team:
As part of the Group Strategy Team, you will support the Group CEO and Executive Board in strategic matters and play a key role in shaping the company's future. Our teams responsibilities include defining the Group Strategy, managing the strategic cycle, and supporting the Group CEO and Executive Board on strategic projects.

** YOUR CHALLENGE
*** Drive group-wide strategic initiatives by conducting in-depth analyses, synthesising key insights, and developing high-quality presentations for senior management
* Advance the implementation of the group-wide strategic roadmap by coordinating strategic initiatives and programmes, ensuring alignment across business areas
* Prepare senior leadership for key meetings and milestones, including strategy offsites and full-year and half-year results, through well-structured briefing materials, strategic documents, and executive-level presentations
* Contribute to the strategic cycle through diverse ad-hoc assignments, spanning strategy communication, organisational topics, and strategic support##
** YOUR PROFILE
*** Master's degree from a university or university of applied sciences with above-average grades in corporate strategy, finance and structural problem solving (graduation max. 12 months ago)
* Initial practical experience in consulting
* Passion for wealth management and a desire to create value beyond wealth
* A global mindset, excellent interpersonal skills, and a strong appetite for learning
* Fluency in English with additional languages being a plus
* Eligibility to work in the country where you apply for the position
