Your Impact

  • Shape and manage strategic project portfolios to align with business objectives and drive measurable results.
  • Take care of the portfolio management tool and establish, oversee and further develop our strategic project management framework at both the firm and Line of Service (LoS) levels to ensure consistent execution and prioritization of investments.
  • Define and implement clear roles and responsibilities across projects to enhance accountability and governance, driving successful transformation initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to develop and execute project plans, fostering a culture of teamwork and shared success.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of strategic initiatives, ensuring that all projects are aligned with the firm's strategic objectives.
  • Prepare reports and presentations to communicate project status, costs, risks and financial impacts across the firm to senior leadership.
  • Work with entrepreneurial passion to advance PwC with your contributions.
Your Skills
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance or related field.
  • 5-7 years of relevant work experience in strategic project portfolio management, ideally within a consulting environment (e.g. internal strategy department, inhouse consulting)
  • Proven ability to align projects with strategic goals and deliver measurable business outcomes.
  • Expertise in data analysis, target operating models, resource allocation, and financial impact assessment, with experience in reporting to senior stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to document and communicate complex strategic plans, project portfolios, and role responsibilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and influence cross‑functional teams, with a focus on driving alignment and accountability.
  • Fluent communication and facilitation skills in English and German is a must.
  • Experience in project management tools and methodologies.
  • Strong problem‑solving abilities and a result‑oriented mindset.
