Role Description

This is a part-time on-site role based in Zürich as a Business Developer specializing in B2B sales. The Business Developer will focus on building and maintaining business relationships with potential and existing clients, identifying market opportunities, and driving lead generation initiatives. Responsibilities include conducting market research, performing competitive analysis, and communicating the value of My Easy Flower ’s innovative floral solutions to customers.

Collaboration with the team to contribute to the company’s growth and sustainable initiatives is a key element of the role.

Qualifications
  • Strong Analytical and Market Research skills to identify market opportunities and trends effectively
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service abilities to build and maintain client relationships
  • Experience in Lead Generation and driving sales within a B2B environment
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a team and adapt in a dynamic, sustainable business environment
  • Familiarity with sustainable practices and a commitment to eco-friendly initiatives is an advantage
  • Proficiency in German and English; additional language skills are a plus
  • Self-motivated and able to manage time efficiently in a flexible work environment
