Quant we have two business areas; our Capital Markets division delivers model validation consulting that ensures regulatory compliance and global competitiveness, serving clearing houses, exchanges, and other market infrastructures. Our Wealth Management division offers Private Banks, Independent Asset Managers, and Family offices all solutions around Invest Advisory and Portfolio Management powered by best-in class risk and portfolio optimization engines.

As a Sales and Relationship Manager, you play a key role in identifying new opportunities, understanding client needs, and building strong, long-term business relationships. You place the client’s interests at the center of every proposal, development, and solution delivered by swiss

Quant. You also take full ownership of the end-to-end sales process, from opportunity identification through to successful deal closures.

You Will
  • Identify qualified leads
  • Approach and meet new clients
  • Buildand managerelationshipwith C-Suite and Seniors attheclients
  • Learn and master swiss

    Quant product suite and services to be its ambassador
  • Manage

    RfI/RfPprocesses for new requests in your region
  • Negotiate contracts
  • Monitor sales activities with Salesforce and use data to adjust client acquisition strategy
  • Collaborate with marketing and product development to ensure swiss

    Quant has the best client centric approach
You Have
  • Academic degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related fields
  • Experience in the financial markets industry and a knack for client acquisition is a plus
  • An established network to key decision makers is a strong plus

  • A client focused professional with the ability to listen and understand their needs and advise in their best interest
  • A resilient team worker with the agility to find solution and deliver the edge
