Now, we’re looking for a Founder’s Associate Intern, someone curious, driven, and eager to learn what it truly takes to build a B2B Software company from zero to one.

As a Founder’s Associate
, you’ll work side‑by‑side with the founding team on projects that directly move the company forward, across operations, customer development, marketing, and strategy.

You’ll get a front‑row seat to startup building and play a hands‑on role in shaping how we grow.

• Strategy: Collaborate with the CEO to define short‑term and long‑term growth priorities.
• Data & Research: Analyze market data & customer feedback to support growth.
• Investor & Partner Support: Prepare materials for fundraising and partnerships.
• Marketing & Growth:
  Execute campaigns, create content, and track performance to generate demand and highlight customer success stories.

Every week will be different and you’ll learn a lot, fast.

• Currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Technology or similar
• Prior experience in Consulting, Startup, Business Development, Sales, or Marketing is a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication in German & English
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced work environment, no 9-5
