We’re looking for an Operations Lead to help us bring structure, reliability, and visibility to our internal operations.

This is a highly operational, hands‑on role focused on coordination, process implementation, and internal systems.

You will work closely with the COO and external partners to ensure that finance administration, hiring operations, and internal workflows run smoothly and predictably.

  • Coordinate with external accountants across multiple legal entities
  • Ensure timely collection and organization of receipts and documentation
  • Track invoice approvals and payment workflows
  • Maintain financial documentation hygiene and filing systems
  • Support monthly close preparation by ensuring required inputs are complete
  • Maintain vendor and subscription tracking
  • Support budgeting processes through data preparation
  • Coordinate and track hiring pipelines across roles
  • Manage interview scheduling and candidate communications
  • Standardize onboarding checklists and documentation
  • Ensure contracts and compliance documentation are properly collected and stored
  • Improve hiring and onboarding workflows as we scale
  • Own internal documentation systems and process clarity
  • Track customer contracts and renewal timelines
  • Improve operational visibility across teams
  • Manage internal tooling for operations, HR, and finance coordination
  • Ensure recurring operational tasks are documented and consistently executed
  • Identify process gaps and propose practical improvements
