Sales Manager (Luzern Region)
The OpportunityAs Sales Manager, you are in charge of developing new business opportunities with new clients with a main focus on medium & large businesses. You are responsible for the development of a new client portfolio in Luzern region. You support and advise these businesses on their payment needs & solutions.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities- You are responsible for the development of a new client portfolio within Luzern region.
- You support and advise these businesses on their payment needs & solutions (Face 2 Face + E-com).
- You visit on a regular basis medium and large sized prospects to develop new business opportunities.
- You reach out actively to potential prospects via cold calling, based on database research.
- You also follow-up on leads received via other channels.
- You negotiate and close deals.
- You participate in networking events.
- You have preferably a Bachelor degree in a relevant field, or equivalent by experience.
- At least 3 years experience in Sales (similar position).
- Fluent in German and English.
- You are passionate about sales, equipped with the perseverance and resilience needed to achieve success.
- Administration precision & follow-up of your sales activities is a key ability.
- Result driven team player.
- Ability to work on own initiative and stick to tight deadlines.
- Strong communication skills.
- Mobile working within Switzerland and flexible working time models.
