Senior Product Manager Debit​/Team Lead

Do you want to take a senior product role while also leading experienced Product Managers? As Senior Product Manager and Product Management Team Lead, you will combine hands‑on responsibility for selected products in the areas of Debit Cards, ATM Processing and TWINT payment processing with the leadership of Product Managers who support banks operating in Switzerland and Liechtenstein. You will work on product direction, roadmap decisions, and client requirements, while ensuring that product management activities across the team follow agile standards and are well coordinated.

In this position, you will contribute directly to product shaping and lifecycle management, manage dependencies across product domains, and support the delivery of enhancements and changes. Together with Client and Business Development, IT, Operations and Payment Fraud and Dispute Services, you will ensure that product decisions are grounded in commercial, operational and regulatory considerations. This role is an opportunity to influence payment services used across the Swiss financial industry while remaining closely involved in day‑to‑day product work.

• Manage selected products in the areas of Debit Cards, ATM Processing or TWINT payment processing, including roadmap planning, requirements and lifecycle activities in an end‑to‑end responsibility.
• Take ownership of at least one discipline within Debit Card Usage, for example transaction processing, authorization or reconciliation, and contribute hands‑on to its further development.
• Lead Product Managers as Line Manager as well as Product Owner by providing direction, ensuring consistent product management standards and aligning priorities across product domains.
• Coordinate cross‑functional work with Client and Business Development, IT, Operations and Payment Fraud and Dispute Services to manage dependencies and enable effective delivery.
• Review and structure product changes and enhancements in line with commercial, operational and regulatory requirements, and represent product topics towards internal stakeholders.

• Several years of product management experience in payments, preferably in Card issuing, ATM Processing or TWINT payment processing.
• Proven experience leading or managing senior product specialists, with the ability to provide direction, ensure alignment, and develop team members.
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills, with the ability to structure complex topics and translate client and stakeholder needs into actionable product decisions.
• Solid understanding of commercial, operational and regulatory aspects relevant to products offered to banks operating in Switzerland and Liechtenstein.
• Excellent German skills and very good English skills, both essential for collaboration with clients and stakeholders in our markets.
