We are currently supporting a Swiss multinational private banking and financial services firm headquartered in Zurich in their search for a PMO Support / Business Analyst to join a project within Third Party Risk Management and Operational Resilience
.
- Write business specifications (user stories & functional specs)
- Support business-side testing and define use cases
- Create training materials for users and stakeholders
- Deliver trainings and presentations
- 4–5+ years experience in PMO support, business analysis, or project coordination
- Experience in Third Party Risk Management, outsourcing, BCM, or operational resilience is a plus
- Experience with Service Now from a user/business perspective
- Strong communication and documentation skills
