Sales Manager / Business Development

We are looking for a results-driven Sales Manager / Business Development professional to join our team and drive business growth. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and developing sales strategies to expand our market presence.

You will work closely with marketing, product, and leadership teams to develop strategic partnerships and achieve revenue targets. If you are passionate about sales, relationship-building, and business growth, we’d love to hear from you.

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to negotiation and closing deals.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive insights.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to support sales initiatives and campaigns.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis.
  • Represent the company at meetings, networking events, and industry activities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to identify opportunities and convert leads into long-term clients.
  • Experience with CRM tools and sales pipeline management is a plus.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and target-driven.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
