Our Swiss Sourcing team is expanding in Zurich, and we are looking for exceptional professionals with a strong background in procurement and strategic sourcing. We deliver high‑value, client‑centric sourcing solutions across a wide range of categories, including IT, software, hardware, and infrastructure. We are not looking for "just another consultant." We want strong personalities who can navigate complexity, think strategically, innovate, and build long‑term partnerships with both clients and suppliers.

This role requires a unique blend of procurement expertise, business acumen, consulting capabilities, and a solid understanding of technology. If you are a sharp negotiator, a natural strategist, and a trusted relationship builder, this role is for you. Beyond procurement, a genuine interest in IT and technology is essential. You do not need to be a technical expert, but you must understand major technology trends and how they influence business and sourcing decisions.

• Lead strategic sourcing initiatives, from simple renewals to high‑stakes, complex procurement projects.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders as a trusted advisor.
• Run market tenders, drive supplier negotiations, and coordinate cross-functional evaluation teams.
• Understand client needs and craft innovative, high‑value deals that deliver more than cost savings.
• Lead complex contract negotiations, securing optimal commercial terms while managing risks.
• Develop sourcing strategies aligned with business goals to maximize value.
• Manage supplier relationships and ensure long‑term strategic alignment.
• Mentor and coach junior team members, contributing to a high‑performance culture.

• Bachelor’s degree required;
  Master’s preferred in Business, Procurement, Law, Technology, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or contract management.
• Outstanding negotiation skills, including experience with large multi‑million‑dollar global deals.
• Strong business and consulting mindset, able to influence and advise senior stakeholders.
• Strong interest in IT, technology, and digital trends.
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities under pressure — agile, resilient, and adaptable.
• Hands‑on, proactive, and solution‑oriented approach.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — polished, diplomatic, and persuasive.
• Strong project management capability with end‑to‑end ownership.
• Fluency in English and German is required.
• French proficiency is a major advantage.
