Sales Expert Packaging

Our customer is growing fast and expanding their sales team in the DACH region (location Halle or Zurich).

With over 20 years of experience and billions of packages sold, our customer is one of the leading suppliers of aseptic carton packaging for liquid foods such as juices, milk, drinking yogurt, and cream cheese. They develop and produce innovative packaging solutions and create distinctive brand identities through custom printing and creative design.

• Identification and development of new business opportunities and markets
• Development and implementation of sales strategies
• Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships
• Conducting market and competitive analyses to support strategic decision-making
• Close collaboration with marketing, sales, and product development teams
• Preparation of business cases and presentations for internal and external stakeholders
• Willingness to travel within the DACH region to ensure optimal on-site support

• Completed degree in Business, Management, or a comparable qualification
• Professional experience in Sales/ Business Development; proven industry experience in the packaging/industrial sector is a must
• Strong hunter mentality

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills at all levels
