About the role

In Switzerland, we are represented in Zurich, Geneva, and Lausanne, connecting motivated junior profiles with the right companies.

We are currently expanding our Sales team in Zurich and are looking for you: an ambitious personality with an entrepreneurial spirit who wants to hit the ground running in B2B sales

Work tasks

As a Junior Account Manager, you will develop into an expert in B2B sales and build your own client network.

  • Acquire & Develop New Clients:
    You will reach out to Managers, Heads of Departments, and CEOs, learn about their business challenges, and advise them on the right HR solutions
  • Relationship Building:
    Step by step, you will build your own network and develop sustainable business relationships every contact takes you further
  • Strategic Planning:
    Work with our clients to design successful recruitment strategies—from price negotiations to targeted candidate placement in close cooperation with our recruiters
