To strengthen our business development team, we are looking for a
Junior Account Managerbased in Erlangen, Germany. You will work closely with and report to the company’s Account Manager, building relationships with business partners worldwide and maintaining existing partnerships.
Job Responsibilities
- Build, manage, and expand relationships with international business and licensing partners
- Prepare, document, and structure partner information, agreements, and communication history
- Handle day-to-day account management via phone, email, and in-person meetings
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and partner visits in Germany and abroad
Expected Qualifications
- Experience in Account Management or a strong interest in developing in this area
- Background or strong interest in agriculture (e.g., practical experience or experience in an agriculture-related company)
- Excellent communication skills and a cooperative, solution-oriented mindset
- High level of service orientation, reliability, and proactivity
- Independent, well-organized work style with attention to detail
- Native-level German and fluent English skills
What would be a plus?
- Passion for video games
- Good knowledge of Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Class B driver’s license for business travel
- Portuguese or Spanish communication skills
