Product Manager - Tokenization

About the role

As a Product Manager in the Tokenization team, you will play a key role in developing and scaling Sygnum’s tokenization platform and on‑chain investment solutions. You will work closely with engineering, legal and business teams to deliver innovative on‑chain applications for our global client base.

• Own and drive Sygnum’s tokenization platform and on‑chain investments initiatives, ensuring successful delivery to Sygnum’s global clients.
• Collaborate with clients, partners, engineering teams, and internal stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into product specifications, user stories, and workflows.
• Lead the development and launch of new features to scale Sygnum’s tokenization platform, working closely with engineering teams throughout the product lifecycle.
• Support the definition and evolution of the tokenization platform’s vision and strategy, contributing insights from client needs, market developments, and technical capabilities.
• Conduct analysis and identify opportunities to expand Sygnum’s on‑chain solution and tokenization offerings.

• Several years of relevant experience, ideally in a top‑tier consulting firm, or as a Product Manager in a dynamic technology or fintech environment.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong interest in digital assets, tokenization, blockchain, and DeFi.
• Ability to deep dive into technical topics while maintaining strategic perspective.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
• Fluent in English.

• Technical background with hands‑on coding experience.
• Understanding of blockchain infrastructure.
• Experience building blockchain‑based financial products.
