- Work on integrations, carve‑outs, corporate restructuring and other types of M&A transactional engagements in project teams directly with clients.
- Expose to a variety of industries (e.g., life science, consumer products and retail, industrial products, etc.) and functional areas (e.g., finance, supply chain, HR, IT, legal, etc.).
- Cover a wide range of strategy and M&A transactional topics (e.g., IT/operational due diligence, operating model design, integration/ separation blueprint design, exit readiness, day‑1/100 readiness, synergy assessment, transitional service agreement (TSA), etc.).
- Gather and analyze information and communicate recommendations to team members or clients.
- Plan and execute any topic of an M&A deal lifecycle alongside the client in collaboration with the wider project team.
- Help build an open and inclusive work environment and maintain professional relationships with clients.
- Completed business or STEM degree.
- At least 3 years of applicable industry and/or consulting full‑time professional experience post‑university, ideally within the M&A deal lifecycle (operations, supply chain, finance, IT, HR and/or performance improvement).
- Strong record of leadership, sharp analytical thinking and exceptional problem‑solving skills.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills in English; additional fluency in German, French and/or Italian preferred.
- Solid project management skills, client‑oriented attitude and willingness to travel to client sites.
- Readiness to learn and develop new skills.
- Familiarity with GenAI and agentic AI models and their use in research and data analysis.
- Strong team‑player mentality to proactively drive solutions within highly motivated and diverse teams across functions, countries and regions.
