ResponsibilitiesTake on a new challenge and apply your organizational and analytical expertise in a dynamic and collaborative field. You’ll work alongside a supportive and innovative team of professionals and play a key role in supporting the Central Critical Claim Office. Day‑to‑day, you’ll work with teams across the business (Legal, Project Management, Finance), assist with internal communication updates, and contribute to cross‑regional claim reporting activities, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of updating internal communication, training materials, and reporting tools, and support the design and implementation of department‑specific procedures and training for contractual and commercial topics. We’ll look to you for:
- Supporting the Central Critical Claim Office in administrative and operational tasks
- Assisting with updates to internal communication, training, and reporting tools
- Performing data analysis to support decision‑making processes
- Collaborating with regional and functional teams to implement and promote tools and processes
- Contributing to cross‑regional claim reporting activities
- Designing and implementing department‑specific procedures and training materials

- University degree in business, finance, engineering, or a related field
- Experience or understanding of working in an international industrial and project environment
- Knowledge of railway products or infrastructure projects is an asset
- Familiarity with MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and other IT tools like databases, reporting software (e.g., SharePoint, Qlik Sense, Power BI, Power Apps)
- Fluency in English;
German is a strong asset, and French is a plus - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
