Senior Consultant – Strategy & Transformation

Responsibilities

• Leading work streams within complex transformation programs, managing client stakeholders up to senior leadership level.
• Driving the analysis of markets, customer needs and business challenges to identify reinvention opportunities and develop strategies and business cases.
• Designing and implementing innovative business models and supporting go-to-market and monetization strategies.
• Shaping and supporting the implementation of target operating models and transformation initiatives, including change and adoption.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams (strategy, data, product, engineering) to translate strategy into concrete solutions.
• Contributing to business development by identifying opportunities, preparing proposals and supporting client pitches.

• Strong academic background in business, engineering, technology, science, or a related field.
• 3–6+ years of experience in strategy/management consulting, corporate strategy, innovation, or a high-growth environment.
• Experience across topics such as strategy & growth, business model innovation, operating model design, transformation delivery, or customer experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience structuring complex problems and developing business cases.
• Experience working with data and AI (including GenAI) and the ability to translate capabilities into business value.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholders and contribute to client interactions independently.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, hands‑on attitude, and experience working in multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills in English.
• German is an advantage.
