Eraneos, an international strategy, transformation and technology consulting group, is expanding its Corporate M&A team with an M&A Manager. You will own and drive acquisition initiatives, coordinate with executive management, and manage due diligence through signing and closing.
You will prepare valuations, financial models and deal analyses, and present crisp results to senior stakeholders. Fluent English is required, German is a plus; professional services experience is favored.
