Responsibilities

- Du präsentierst unsere Lösungen überzeugend und baust starke Stakeholder-Beziehungen auf
- Du verstehst Kundenbedürfnisse und übersetzt sie in passgenaue Rollout-Konzepte
- Planung, Steuerung & Umsetzung komplexer Rollouts – hands‑on & strukturiert
- Du beobachtest Wettbewerb & Innovationen, bevor sie Mainstream sind
- CRM, Projektsoftware & PMO-Standards nutzt du als echte Wachstumstreiber
- 5+ Jahre in PMO, Projektmanagement oder Rollout (idealerweise technisch / industriell)
- Kommunikationsstärke, Leadership & Verhandlungsgeschick
- Strukturierte Arbeitsweise + Hands‑on‑Mentalität
- Agile Methoden & Serviceorientierung sind für dich selbstverständlich
- Sehr gutes Englisch, weitere Sprachen ein Plus
- Reisebereitschaft (50–70 %)
