The Business Partner (Contract) will collaborate with ANTIC’s consulting team and client stakeholders to support M&A initiatives in the energy and mining sectors. This remote role involves participating in strategic discussions, helping assess potential deals, and supporting due diligence activities. The Business Partner will contribute to financial and operational analysis, assist in preparing presentations and reports, and help coordinate project timelines and deliverables.

The role also includes maintaining effective communication with internal and external partners, monitoring industry trends, and recommending actions that align with client value-creation objectives.

• Demonstrated experience in business consulting, corporate strategy, or M&A, preferably within energy, mining, or related industries.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling abilities, with capacity to interpret complex data and provide clear recommendations.
• Proficiency in preparing professional reports, presentations, and client communications, using common business productivity tools.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with experience collaborating across cultures and time zones.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., CFA, MBA) is an asset.
• Familiarity with energy and mining markets, regulatory environments, and investment drivers is highly beneficial.
