Zenline in Zurich is seeking a Founders Associate to work directly with the CEO and co-founders to accelerate growth. This high-ownership, generalist role identifies bottlenecks, runs tight execution loops, and turns learnings into repeatable playbooks.
You will operate across growth, Rev Ops, and commercial operations with a bias toward shipping outcomes over slides. Compensation is €18/hour + bonus, with Zurich-based collaboration and exposure to top leadership.
