Rivia is a technology company building a data engine that powers the future of clinical trial intelligence. Rivia was founded on the belief that new drugs can be brought to market more successfully with a fraction of today's capital.

Biotechs are the source of most therapeutic innovation, yet clinical development is constantly constrained by fragmented data and outdated tooling. Rivia unifies clinical trial data at scale through a core engine built as a reusable intelligence layer, comprising hundreds of configurations and trial‑specific logic, independent of source structure. This vertical stack of data engine, workflows, and agents creates a distinct advantage in how trials are operated.

Over the past two years, European and US based biotechs running global clinical trials on Rivia have demonstrated measurable impact, from earlier understanding of therapeutic potential to significantly more efficient trial execution. In March 2026, Rivia raised its $15M Series A led by Earlybird Venture Capital.

Rivia’s ambition is to become the standard infrastructure for modern drug development, transforming how trials are executed end‑to‑end.

You would be Rivia's first product person. Today, product management is carried by the engineers and founders. Your job is to take it over, build the function, and make shipping high quality products repeatable. As Rivia scales, there is a clear path to leading a PM team.

As Senior Product Manager at Rivia, you own the path from idea to adopted feature: customer discovery, mockups, specs, weekly refinement, launches, and measurement of impact. You work directly with engineers, customers, and stakeholders, and report to the CTO.

You will be deep in the detail: talking to customers, writing specs, monitoring usage, keeping delivery moving. You also build the product management function itself, with light processes (PRDs, documentation, releases, prioritization) that a future product team builds on, and you own product coherence: the principles that keep features consistent as the platform grows.

Working Model: This role is based on‑site in our Zürich office.

• Shipping products that cut clinical trial timelines by multiple weeks. Each day saved is worth millions to our customers and brings therapies to patients sooner.
• Working directly with customers, biotech teams running global clinical trials, to understand problems and turn them into delightful solutions.
• Defining how product management works, from first principles, as the first product hire in an engineer‑led team.
• Joining a team that already works AI‑native: agentic features run in production on live trials, customers connect their own agents through the Rivia MCP, and much of the roadmap ahead is AI products. You work the same way, from AI‑built mockups to agent‑driven analysis.

• Product Execution: Own the full product lifecycle for your scope: discovery, spec, delivery, and post‑launch measurement.
• Customer & Stakeholder Loops: Run structured feedback loops with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Usage Monitoring & Metrics: Set targets before building, measure feature health after launch, and make kill, iterate, or double‑down calls on the data.
• Launches: Coordinate marketing, CS, and sales around every release so it lands prepared. No surprise launches.
• AI‑Powered Product Development: Use AI agents in your daily work, including AI‑generated mockups to accelerate discovery, and identify where AI unlocks new value for clinical teams.
• Product Function Building: Set up light processes (PRDs, documentation, release process, prioritization) that the team actually follows.

• 7+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS with technical products
• You have been the first or sole PM at a B2B startup and built the product function around an engineer‑led team
• Has taken at least one product from idea to production with demonstrable adoption
• Hands‑on product analytics: built measurement from zero with Mixpanel, Amplitude, or similar
