In this role, you will partner closely with Front Regions and internal stakeholders across various functions to enhance sales capabilities, drive business initiatives, and provide insights that support decision-making and business growth.

The ideal candidate combines strong business acumen, analytical thinking, and stakeholder management skills with a hands‑on mindset and the ability to independently deliver results in a fast‑paced environment.

YOUR CHALLENGE
  • Develop and implement targeted sales initiatives in close collaboration with Front Regions
  • Identify best practices and drive their adoption and scaling across the organization
  • Provide operational support for sales campaigns and business initiatives, including content creation, communication materials, and execution coordination
  • Drive the continuous enhancement of sales tools and processes based on Front Region requirements and business feedback
  • Support the development of digital sales capabilities and drive adoption across Front Regions
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, increase efficiency, and enhance transparency and consistency across regions
  • Deliver actionable sales insights and analytics to support decision-making
  • Enable Front teams with insights and reporting capabilities to effectively manage and develop their client books
  • Translate data into actionable recommendations that improve sales effectiveness and business outcomes
YOUR PROFILE
  • 5-8 years of professional experience in Sales Enablement, Business Management, Commercial Excellence, Consulting, or a related field within the Private Banking industry
  • Proven ability to independently manage projects and drive initiatives from concept to implementation
  • Experience working in a cross‑functional environment and managing multiple stakeholders
  • Strong project management and organizational capabilities
  • Good understanding of the Private Banking industry and key offerings
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Analytical mindset with experience translating data into business insights. Ability to structure complex topics and develop practical solutions
  • Strong presentation and storytelling skills
  • Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel; experience with reporting and dashboarding tools is an advantage
  • Comfortable working across business and technology functions
  • Self‑starter with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
  • Pragmatic, hands‑on, and execution‑oriented
  • Curious, collaborative, and eager to continuously improve processes and outcomes
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and influencing without formal authority
  • Able to build trusted relationships across functions and levels of the organization
