BLP Digital AG, based in Zürich, is building the GTM enablement function from zero. You will design onboarding to get a new rep selling in two weeks, write playbooks for enterprise cycles, and partner with Product, Product Marketing, and Adoption to create the collateral field teams actually use.
This role requires 5+ years in strategy consulting, sales enablement, or founding a startup; a STEM degree; and fluency in English (German a plus).
