Get Your Guide 's On-Trip product group owns the entire post-booking experience: from the moment a traveler completes checkout through fulfillment, supplier coordination, to agentic care resolution. As GPM, you will lead a group of product managers, set strategy, coach a high-performing team, and drive measurable outcomes on some of the highest-leverage surfaces in the business. What you'll own:

• On-Trip Domain:
  Fulfillment (contextual UX, self-service, modification and cancellation), AI Resolution (unified care and chat automation, currently resolving a significant share of contacts already with AI), and Supplier-Traveler Coordination (off-platform observability, supplier messaging, and coordination tooling).
• Manage three PMs in Zurich. You report to the Director of Product, Traveler, who is based in Berlin.

• Demonstrated ability to synthesise a complex, multi-pillar strategy into a clear and opinionated thesis for executive audiences with a coherent point of view beyond executional updates.
• Experience managing and coaching junior/senior/lead PMs who own their own domains, with evidence that their output improved under your management.
• Strong commercial instinct: able to size problems with rough numbers, make ROI cases, and commit to metrics.
• Track record operating in an operationally complex domain — marketplace, payments, post-purchase, or customer service technology.
• Comfortable with occasional travel to Berlin for stakeholders and leadership engagement.

• Familiarity with AI-assisted customer resolution, supplier-facing product, or payment corridors in a global marketplace.
