Senior Business Analyst / Project Manager (eKYC)

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst / Project Manager to support strategic eKYC, Client Onboarding and Client Lifecycle Management initiatives. The ideal candidate is a hands-on BA/PM who can move seamlessly between detailed analysis, project delivery and executive communications. You will be confident working in a fast-paced banking environment and engaging stakeholders at all levels.
Required background:- Strong BA/PM experience within Banking or Financial Services
- Proven delivery of eKYC
, KYC, AML or Client Onboarding projects - Excellent requirements gathering, process analysis and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to drive projects across Business, Operations, Compliance and Technology teams
- Experience producing executive-level communications and high-quality PowerPoint presentations
- Comfortable presenting to and influencing senior stakeholders
- Experience with Fenergo or similar CLM/eKYC platforms
- Regulatory change or transformation programme experience
- Knowledge of Client Lifecycle Management processes
