We are the Audi Revolut F1® Team.
Audi Revolut F1 Team is the official factory team of Audi, as the brand enters the FIA Formula 1 World Championship for the first time in 2026.
The team is based in three locations: the power unit is developed by Audi Formula Racing GmbH at the Audi Competence Center Motorsport in Neuburg, Germany; the chassis is engineered and race operations are managed from the state‑of‑the‑art facilities of Audi Motorsport AG in Hinwil, Switzerland; while the Audi Motorsport Technology Centre UK in Bicester, United Kingdom, provides a foothold in the heart of 'Motorsport Valley', with direct access to top F1 talent and key strategic partners.

This position for the Audi Revolut F1® Team is based at Audi Motorsport AG in Hinwil (Switzerland).

- Assisting with the delivery and governance of transformation projects and initiatives
- Supporting project planning, milestone tracking, risk management, and action follow‑up
- Maintaining project and portfolio information within Jira
- Assisting with the preparation of dashboards, reports, and presentations for leadership reviews
- Conducting data analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives and process optimisation activities
- Collaborating with project teams and stakeholders across different business functions
- Preparing meeting materials, capturing actions, and helping ensure effective governance
- Learning and applying project management, business transformation, and PMO best practices
- Currently studying towards a degree in Business Management, Engineering, Project Management, Data Analytics or a related discipline
- Experience in Formula Student advantageous
- Strong interest in project management, business transformation, organisational performance, or continuous improvement
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
- High attention to detail and a structured approach to work
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Eagerness to learn and take initiative
- Familiarity with project management tools, data analysis, Power BI, or Jira is advantageous
- Ability to manage time and meet deadlines in a fast moving and dynamic environment
