Senior Business Analyst - Client Relationship Management ; f​/m​/d our external payroll

In this role you will support the GPS Platform Transformation programme, focusing on Client Relationship Management (CRM) capabilities across Sales and Trading. The role will bridge business and technology teams to improve client data management, CRM processes and system integrations, ensuring high-quality and scalable client data solutions.

• Partner with business stakeholders to gather, analyse and document requirements, translating business needs into technology solutions

• Analyse, structure and model client, contact, legal entity and relationship data to support CRM and Sales processes

• Define business data requirements, data ownership and quality controls for client and relationship information

• Perform data mapping and source-to-target analysis across CRM platforms and related front-office systems

• Improve the accuracy, consistency and usability of client data, client hierarchies and business partner relationships

• Produce business requirements, user stories, process flows and functional specifications

• Collaborate with architects and developers to deliver CRM enhancements, integrations and data solutions

• Support testing, implementation and adoption of CRM capabilities

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance or a related discipline

• 7+ years of business analysis experience within banking or financial services

• Strong experience with CRM platforms and client relationship management processes

• Proven experience in client data management, data modelling and relationship modelling

• Hands-on experience with data mapping, source-to-target mapping and data migration activities

• Understanding of Customer Master Data / Golden Source concepts, data governance and data quality frameworks

• Experience with business partner structures, client hierarchies and legal entity data

• Experience integrating CRM platforms with upstream and downstream systems via APIs and interfaces

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications

• Knowledge of Client Onboarding, Sales, Client Coverage or Wealth Management processes is advantageous

• Communicates clearly across functions and cultures, influences decisions without formal authority, and navigates complex organisations to drive outcomes

• Quickly troubleshoots issues, applies sound judgement in controlled environments, and remains focused on delivery despite ambiguity or changing priorities

• Works independently and proactively in global teams, contributes to collaborative Agile ways of working, and maintains a team-first mindset to achieve shared goals

• Fluency in English;
