On is seeking a Senior Lead in Art Direction to shape our athlete storytelling and commercial editorial imagery within the Brand Assets team. You’ll own projects end-to-end, guiding visual direction across photography, film and emerging formats to deliver imagery that is distinctive and on-brand.
You’ll lead shoots, collaborate with production and external creatives, and evolve our visual aesthetic while balancing creative ambition with business needs. Fluent English required.
