As an Asset Management, Wholesales, Sales Support (all genders) within our German Wholesales team, you will primarily focus on bolstering our German funds business with Key Account Clients.

• Collaborate closely with Wholesale Client Advisors to deliver outstanding service to our clients.
• Support the sales team by coordinating client meetings, calls, and internal meetings.
• Engage in client contact and relationship management.
• Source and prepare responses for clients’ ad-hoc questions or reporting requests.
• Communicate and coordinate with other local and global teams.
• Coordinate tasks for working students.
• Conduct market analyses using Morningstar, Bloomberg, digital tools, and AI technologies.
• Ensure effective compliance and controls within your area of responsibility and promote a positive attitude towards compliance and controls.

• A degree in economics, business administration, or a related field with an interest in pursuing a CFA or other industry qualifications in the future.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Capability to build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external partners in a team environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office, along with experience in utilizing LLM AI tools.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with a keen attention to detail and a strong commitment to accuracy.
• Eagerness to develop an entrepreneurial mindset and project management skills.
• Fluency in both German and English.
• A strong team player with a focus on organization, time management, and efficiency.
• Exceptionally flexible and able to perform with a keen attention to detail in a dynamic team environment.
• Service- and client-oriented, proactive, self-reliant, and communicative.

• Familiarity with the Asset Management industry and investment funds is an advantage.
