Senior Compliance Officer Resolution Planning

Our client is the compliance department of an international bank in Zurich. We are looking for a compliance specialist (m, f, d) as

• Ensuring that the bank's recovery and resolution plan complies with all regulatory requirements and meets the expectations of internal and external stakeholders
• Maintaining and updating the recovery plan and preparing analyses of recovery and resolution planning for the authorities
• Continuously improving early warning indicators, recovery options, and crisis response plans
• Responsible for reports, written documents, project management
• Controlling project schedules, tracking progress, and minimizing risk in all outcomes
• Contact person for questions from internal and external stakeholders
• Reporting, presentations, and briefings for senior management on developments in the department
• Coordination and collaboration with colleagues from other functions to gather information and ensure high-quality results
• Participation in workshops with supervisory and resolution authorities
• Organization and implementation of training and education
• Ad hoc projects

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics or (Business) Law
• CPA, CIA certification as an Advantage
• Professional experience in banking, auditing (Big
  4), consulting, or financial market supervision
• In-depth knowledge of banking and finance regulations, requirements, guidelines, and policies
• Experience in restructuring planning, resolution, stress testing, or consulting
• Meticulous approach to work with high standards for your own performance
• Detail-oriented, but with an eye for the big picture
• Strong project management and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and under pressure
• Ability to influence various stakeholders
• Good presentation and communication skills and a precise, structured, and flexible approach to work
• English and German
