Position Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Consultant to support Investment and Overhead Cost Controlling functions within the banking sector. The successful candidate will play a key role in advising business stakeholders, ensuring accurate financial control, and contributing to the design and optimization of reporting and integrated systems. The assignment offers a unique opportunity to work within a dynamic, forward-looking environment, with partial on-site presence in Zurich or St.

Gallen.

• Perform investment and overhead cost controlling in a complex financial environment
• Advise stakeholders on controlling processes and optimization opportunities
• Define and specify BI reporting requirements in alignment with business needs
• Ensure seamless integration with Procurement, Sales, and Project Systems (PS)
• Work with S/4
  
  HANA and Fiori to support data accuracy, system alignment, and reporting
• Collaborate closely with consulting teams and internal departments to drive efficiency and transparency

• Strong background in controlling, particularly within investment and overhead cost management
• Several years of experience in a consulting environment, ideally within the banking or financial services sector
• Expertise in S/4
  
  HANA and Fiori applications
• Familiarity with system integration into Procurement
  , Sales
  , and Project Systems (PS)
• Proven experience in defining BI reporting specifications and aligning technical solutions with business requirements

• Team-oriented and communicative personality with the ability to advise, engage, and support stakeholders across departments
• Enthusiastic about knowledge sharing and collaborative problem-solving

• German: Native speaker (written and spoken)
• English: Very good written and verbal communication skills
