Redstone Executive Banking Search are working with a leading Swiss Securities House looking to hire a Junior Cross Asset Solutions Role to join the team in Zurich.

• Support the senior sales and trading team in delivering cross-asset structured solutions to institutional, professional, and retail clients
• Assist with the origination, pricing, and execution of structured products across multiple asset classes (equities, fixed income, FX, commodities, digital assets)
• Contribute to daily market monitoring, trade idea generation, and preparation of product presentations and marketing material
• Liaise with internal stakeholders, including structuring, trading, and risk management, to ensure smooth deal execution and client service
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, providing responsive and tailored support
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal standards across all processes and transactions
• Role reporting to – Head of Cross Asset Solutions

• Minimum of 1 year’s experience in structured products sales, broking, or trading
• Strong technical and communication skills with knowledge of cross asset structured solutions
• Deep understanding of structured financial products and financial markets
• Located in Zurich or willing to relocate
