You will act as a trusted partner to Finance leadership, transformation teams, and technology partners to ensure every innovation supports our strategic goals, creates measurable business value, and strengthens our operational excellence.

• Shape the Finance Function of the Future - define and execute the Finance AI & Innovation agenda, turning strategic ideas into tangible business impact across the Global Finance organization.
• Lead the AI strategy for Finance – set the vision and roadmap for AI in Finance and drive its strategic rollout. Coordinate the AI roadmap across Finance by defining standards, sharing best-practices and enforce re-use.
• Deliver next-generation solutions - design and implement AI-driven capabilities that elevate analysis, performance insights, and decision-making.
• Drive adoption and value – lead change management, engagement, and scaling efforts to embed AI into daily operations and realize its full potential.
• Bridge strategy and technology – turn Finance transformation goals into scalable innovation, in close collaboration with Business, Data and Technology teams.
• Inspire an innovation culture – promote curiosity, experimentation, and cross-functional collaboration to accelerate continuous improvement.
• Measure success – set clear KPIs to track adoption, efficiency gains, and business value from AI initiatives.
• Advance AI literacy – build awareness, and confidence across Finance through targeted education and capability-building initiatives.
• Stay ahead of the curve – anticipate emerging trends and best practices in Finance innovation to shape the next chapter of Finance leadership.
• Champion responsible AI – uphold ethical, secure, and compliant use of AI in line with leading governance standards and Zurich’s risk policies.

• Master’s degree in Finance, Business, Data Science, or a related field.
• Proven track record in Finance transformation, analytics, AI, or digital innovation in complex, global organizations.
• Strong understanding of Finance processes, reporting and control frameworks.
• Experience in leading cross-functional initiatives that combine Finance expertise, technology, and change management.
• Profound knowledge of AI, machine learning, and advanced analytics use cases relevant to Finance.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills; confident in engaging senior leaders and driving change.
• Clear, persuasive communicator who can make complex innovation topics relevant to different audiences.
