We are looking for talented professionals in marketing, operations, customer support, and other departments. The roles offered may be on‑site, remote, or hybrid, in collaboration with our local partner.
- Develop relationships in the crypto OTC market with large institutions like Family Offices, Banks, Exchanges, Brokers, VC’s, Hedge Funds, Proprietary Trading firms and Ultra‑HNW individual clients.
- Work closely with clients on building customized trade strategies and manage execution of OTC trading orders (on/off ramp, block trading etc.).
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless trade execution and settlement processes.
- Provide market insights, investment ideas, and tailored trading strategies to attract new clients and expand OTC trading business.
- Coordinate client onboarding with compliance team, quote and trade with client under company risk management policies.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in on/off ramp OTC trading either from a crypto exchange or an independent OTC desk.
- Proven track record in building and managing multicultural relationships with institutional and Ultra‑HNW individual clients.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced and competitive trading environment.
- Fluent in English.
- Understanding of local and international trading regulations (e.g., MiCA, MAS guidelines, or SEC regulations).
- Knowledge of how markets function, including order types, trading venues, and execution strategies.
- Fluency in additional languages for interacting with diverse clients.
