Your Impact- Take ownership of planning, executing, and completing audits of financial statements for asset managers and private equity funds in compliance with
US GAAP, IFRS,Lux GAAPand Swiss GAAP (OR / Swiss GAAP FER) - Audit complex investment valuations across private equity, private credit, infrastructure, and real estate asset classes, ensuring accuracy and thoroughness
- Assess clients' compliance with
FINMA regulatory requirements and conduct supervisory audits in line with applicable guidelines - Support the preparation of audit files for Partner review and contribute to presenting findings to management and Boards of Directors
- Leveragedigital audit tools and data analytics to structure, visualize, and communicate actionable insights to clients
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, actively supporting clients on technical accounting and regulatory matters
- Collaborate within international teams across the USA, Europe, and beyond, ensuring seamless communication and coordination across borders
- Coach and mentor junior team members through active feedback, knowledge sharing, and on-the-job guidance
- A university degree in accounting, finance, or a related field; progress towards or completion of a Swiss CPA (dipl.
Wirtschaftsprüfer:in), US CPA, ACCA, or equivalent qualification - At least3+ years of audit experience(minimum three busy seasons), ideally with a focus on asset management, private equity, or private markets clients at a Big 4 or comparable firm
- Solid working knowledge ofUS GAAP, IFRS, and/orLux GAAP and Swiss GAAP (OR, Swiss GAAP FER), with an understanding of SEC filing requirements as a plus
- Familiarity with
FINMA regulatory requirements and experience conducting supervisory audits is an advantage - Strong analytical mindset and high quality standards, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and investment structures
- Experience with or interest in digital audit transformation, automation tools, and data analytics
- Excellent communication skills in English;
German skills are a plus - Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively
